Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
