Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure high-quality guest services.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling.
