Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Monitor project costs and manage budgets, change orders, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, and reporting
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ground-up and/or TI projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Competitive base salary up to $135,000
