We’re working with a reputable and growing mechanical/HVAC contractor in the San Jose market that is looking to add Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on HVAC maintenance agreements and service sales.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and wants a clear path into a long-term sales career within the mechanical/HVAC industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect and develop new client relationships across commercial markets
- Generate and sell HVAC preventative maintenance agreements
- Set meetings and build pipeline for Service and Project Sales teams
- Conduct site visits and identify service/maintenance opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure client satisfaction
What They’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of sales, business development, or SDR experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and high level of drive
- Ability to understand and sell technical service offerings
- Local to San Jose or surrounding Bay Area
