Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (DC Metro)
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale commercial mechanical projects across the DC Metro area. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex HVAC and piping systems while leading teams and driving projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Overview:
You will oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating across field teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple sites
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with GCs, owners, and design teams
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years in mechanical construction project management
- Experience with large commercial builds and MEP systems
- Willingness to travel throughout the DC Metro area
