I’m partnered with a growing mechanical contractor in the Nashville market that is actively looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in commercial mechanical construction who is looking to continue growing their career with a contractor that has a solid project backlog and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Track project budgets, costs, and overall project performance
• Work closely with field teams, clients, and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager
• Experience managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects
• Experience on projects with mechanical values of $3M
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
