I’m partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor that is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects throughout the Charlotte market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes on technically complex projects across a variety of high-profile sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships
• Coordinate HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes to ensure successful project execution
• Lead project teams and collaborate closely with field operations, VDC, estimating, and executive leadership
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability across multiple projects
  
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects
• Strong background with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Experience managing projects with mechanical values of $7M
• Proven ability to lead large, technically challenging projects from start to finish
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
