Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability
- Participate in project meetings and site walks
- Track material deliveries and assist with project logistics
- Support safety and quality control initiatives on assigned projects
- Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience supporting projects for a general contractor preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
