You will work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and material deliveries
- Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Lead project meetings with clients, engineers, and internal teams
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor job costs, track project financials, and maintain profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
- 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management
- Experience managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, or sheet metal projects
- Proven ability to manage projects from $1M – $20M
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project controls
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial, healthcare, industrial, or institutional project experience
- Mechanical contracting background
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
- $100K – $150K Base Salary (DOE)
