Vice President – Mechanical Construction (Special Projects)
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Special Projects to lead and oversee a portfolio of commercial mechanical construction projects across multiple markets. This executive role is responsible for driving operational performance, financial success, and team leadership across HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects ranging in complexity and scale.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large commercial mechanical projects and leading high-performing teams, with full accountability for P&L, operations, client relationships, and strategic growth. This leader will oversee project executives, project managers, and field leadership while ensuring consistent execution, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple commercial mechanical special projects
- Lead and develop project and field leadership teams
- Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Drive client relationships and business development
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Support preconstruction and strategic planning initiatives
Requirements:
