Job Title: Senior Estimator OR Estimator 
Job Location: Southlake, TX
Salary: $130k-$160k Strong Health Benefits / 401k Match / Vehicle / etc. 
Requirements: 5 Years Experience as an Estimator. Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Higher Education, K-12, Municipal, etc. 

This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design/Build General Contractor in the DFW area. 

They are heavily focused in commercial and Municipal construction projects but have wide range of projects across higher education, K-12, Commercial, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.

What You Need for this Position

• 5 Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare, etc. 
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
