Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction (CMAR)
📍 Southlake / Dallas, TX | 🏢 Full-Time, In-Office
We’re partnered with a well-established commercial General Contractor in the Southlake / Dallas market, looking to hire two Senior Estimators to strengthen their growing preconstruction team.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership — with scope for one hire to step into a Lead Estimator position.
Key Requirements:
- 7 years’ experience in estimating / preconstruction (flexible for strong candidates)
- Strong background in commercial construction (CMAR preferred)
- Experience across sectors such as K-12, healthcare, higher education, or municipal projects
- Ability to work in a full-time, in-office environment
