Location: Boise

Compensation: 80-100K base bonuses

We are a mid-sized public accounting firm based in Boise, Idaho, and we have a great team environment with strong opportunities for career advancement. Currently we are looking to hire an Audit professional, ideally someone with Audit Manager experience but we are also open to hiring individual contributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients effectively
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff
