Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in construction-related disputes and litigation
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
- Advise clients on construction law, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to manage cases effectively
- Stay updated on developments in construction law and litigation trends
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation
- Strong knowledge of construction law, construction defects, and real estate transactions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Experience in business law and transactional matters is a plus
