Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise bridge construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work being performed on site.
- Manage and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Proven experience in bridge construction management.
- Strong knowledge of bridge construction techniques, including substructure and superstructure work.
- Experience with concrete placement and bridge deck construction.
- Familiarity with precast bridges and prefabricated bridge elements and systems (PBES).
- Understanding of MSE wall systems and DOT regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
