Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation

Established (30 Years) Litigation Firm Seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney in Florida!

 

An established Florida-based litigation firm with over three decades of experience is seeking Associate/ Attorneys with 2-8 years of experience with civil litigation such as employment and PI cases to support its growing team. The preference would be in-person out of their Ft. Lauderdale office, but they are open to hybrid and/ or can work out of their Coral Gables, or Boca Raton offices. 

 

It is known for providing full-service legal representation to companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s. Associates will benefit from a collaborative platform, strong mentorship, and meaningful trial exposure.

 

Offer

 

$140- $185k , contingent on experience

Qualifications

 

2-8 years of experience in employment law or PI

Active Florida Bar license

Experience handling pleadings, motions, and discovery

Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate across teams

 

Responsibilities

 

Handle a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal oversight

Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and attend court proceedings

Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's network
