Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join our client’s elite litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a passion for advocacy. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda and conduct legal research and analysis of complex commercial matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations while collaborating with partners to develop strategies
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar, J.D. from an accredited law school; strong academic credentials required
- Law firm background and proven experience with commercial litigation and business law
- Strong understanding of Florida state and federal court procedures
- Proven ability to handle complex cases independently and in a team setting
