Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 per year

Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier legal representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop case strategies.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in construction law, real estate law, or community association law.
- Prior experience in a law firm setting.
- Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters.
