Compensation: $58,000–$74,000 DOE

About the Opportunity
CV Resources is partnering with a well-established financial institution seeking an Executive Assistant & Shareholder Services Representative to join its corporate headquarters team.
This highly visible position serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, the Board of Directors, shareholders, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in an environment requiring confidentiality, organization, and exceptional communication skills.
This role offers a unique blend of executive support, shareholder relations, accounting support, and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Board Support
- Prepare monthly Board and Committee meeting materials and presentation packages.
- Attend Board and Committee meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
- Maintain official corporate records and documentation.
- Coordinate executive travel, conference registrations, and special events.
- Support executive leadership with administrative and organizational initiatives.
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Shareholder Services
- Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholder inquiries.
- Facilitate shareholder stock transactions and related documentation.
- Maintain shareholder records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with document retention and audit requirements.
- Coordinate annual shareholder meetings and communications.
- Assist with dividend distributions and shareholder reporting activities.
Accounting & Operational Support
- Perform daily cash balancing and reconciliation processes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with internal departments.
- Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Support accounting activities in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with accounting leadership to maintain accurate financial records.

- Intermediate Excel skills.

Preferred
- Experience within banking, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Accounting, finance, business, communications, or English degree.
- Previous executive assistant, corporate administration, shareholder services, or accounting support experience.
- Experience preparing meeting minutes, board materials, or corporate governance documentation.
