- Diagnose, repair, and replace components across utility fleet platforms: boom trucks/cranes, bucket and dump trucks, digger derricks, and utility trucks.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic fluid power and pneumatic systems; interpret electrical schematics/blueprints; perform welding when required.
- Use Quick Serve, DTNA, and other diagnostic tools to validate faults and confirm repairs.
- Execute DOT, ANSI, and Dielectric testing to maintain compliance.
- Operate and inspect machinery to pinpoint defects; conduct initial inspections, diagnostics, and parts requisition.
- Rebuild gearboxes, outriggers, and boom lift cylinders; calibrate with gauges and flow test equipment.
- Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools; test products post-repair or assembly.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
- Document parts usage, services completed, labor hours; submit repair orders for approval.
- Collaborate professionally, champion safety best practices, and attend monthly safety meetings.
- Monday–Friday, dayshift with overtime and weekends as needed

- Valid driver’s license
