Experienced Heavy Equipment & Diesel Mechanic
Vic’s Crane & Heavy Haul, Inc. is seeking an experienced crane technician & heavy equipment diesel mechanic to inspect, service, and maintain its broad fleet of heavy duty construction equipment. Employees in this role must be reliable, safety conscious, and able to work independently and as a team.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven work experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic.
- Advanced knowledge of complex electrical systems, hydraulics, brake systems, and diesel engines.
- Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment.
- Provide your own tools for general equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and hardworking self-starter.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Good Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work extended hours if required to complete a task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
