What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Director, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions roles prioritize volume. This one prioritizes fit.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most rigorous school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated standards for both students and faculty. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoon hours are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers. But only when paired with the right families.
That's your focus.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with the first inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a handoff structure. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is made with clarity and alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive conversations, and recommend against enrollment when warranted. The objective is not enrollment volume. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or owner-operated businesses where you have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to manage a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, clarity, and consistent execution.
If your career has been defined by delivering concierge-level service where trust, discretion, and experience quality are brand differentiators, this role will resonate, applied now to work that genuinely drives outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are hiring across La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, and South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
