What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting focused reading workshops that build phonics, fluency, and comprehension competencies
- Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Examining student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-enhanced instructional content that helps early elementary students reach grade-level proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to traditional curriculum—students engage with academic content through AI-adaptive applications
Reading Program Coordinator key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
- Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
