- Shepherd families through each admissions phase with reliable follow-up and clearly defined next steps
- Plan and execute admissions events such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with campus personnel to arrange student visits and deliver a frictionless experience
- Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and follow-up activities
- Operating solely in administrative roles with no direct family engagement
- Working within a slow-moving or heavily bureaucratic system
- Concentrating on communication alone without delivering tangible execution and follow-through
- Formulating admissions strategy or making ultimate enrollment determinations

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience

- Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events
- Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
- Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
