Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. Your efforts will help clients with daily living activities, community integration, and personal growth. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and developing new skills
• Encourage participation in social and community activities
• Document client progress and communicate any changes to the care team
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in direct care services preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
