Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities and helping them to achieve greater independence. You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, high-quality care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support clients in developing and maintaining life skills
• Encourage social and community involvement
• Implement individualized care plans and document client progress
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in direct support or related field preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
