The ideal candidate will have a couple of years of direct family law experience (divorce, custody, and support).
Salary
$85,000 – $105,000 base salary (DOE), plus bonus incentives based on billables and collections.
Job Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of family law cases including mediations, court hearings, and trials. Advocate assertively and professionally on behalf of clients. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff. Deliver an exceptional client experience tailored to individual needs
Utilize technology platforms like Clio for efficient case management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments. Travel as needed to courts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Colorado with no disciplinary history. 3 years minimum family law experience; 5 years preferred. Strong litigation and client-facing experience. Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet and private workspace.
