Salary
$75-80k base salary (flexible/based on experience) full comprehensive benefits
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex printing projects from concept through completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills, coupled with deep experience in the printing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, can work alongside multiple departments & can juggle several projects at once. The candidate may need to travel for clients. This position requires you to work closely with Sales Executives and Senior Management in providing day-to-day administrative and production support.
Job Responsibilities: Project & Client Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of print projects, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients. Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution. Team & Vendor Coordination: Excel in a cross-functional team environment, working alongside sales, design, prepress, production, and logistics teams. Scheduling & Workflow: Develop and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Process Improvement & Reporting: Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, resource utilization, and project management processes. Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Order & Documentation Management: Process job jackets, quotes, and client orders. Maintain an organized system for filing job jackets and archived documents. You may be required to perform additional duties and tasks not outlined above.
Qualifications: Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Exceptional leadership skills. High-level attention to detail (able to see the bigger picture). Strong organizational and time management skills. Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience in Google Suite is preferred. Proven experience managing large-scale or high-volume projects. 1-3 years of outstanding project management track record. Graphic Arts Industry experience is strongly preferred (Adobe Suite)
