Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (Based on experience)

Position Summary
The Regional Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing HOA Managers and Administrative Support Staff within the Midlands region of South Carolina, based in Columbia, SC. This position ensures that company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed while delivering excellent customer service to clients and homeowners.
The Regional Manager will provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members, assist with business development efforts, and may directly manage 1–2 assigned HOA communities.
Leadership & Team Management
Oversee and support a team of HOA Managers and Administrative Support Staff Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
Operational Oversight Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent service delivery Assist with complex homeowner, board, or vendor issues as needed Review reports, financials, and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy Support managers in meeting contractual obligations and client expectations
Client & Community Management Serve as the HOA Manager for 1–2 assigned communities, as needed Attend board meetings and provide strategic guidance to association boards Ensure prompt and professional communication with boards, homeowners, and vendors
Training & Development Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing employees Identify skill gaps and recommend professional development opportunities Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new team members
Business Development Support company growth initiatives and assist with onboarding new communities Participate in relationship-building efforts with boards, developers, and industry partners Represent our client in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years of HOA or property management experience Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of community association operations and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred: CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, or similar industry designation Experience managing communities in South Carolina
