Job Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Provide strategic leadership for all service and operations teams across WA, CA, and NV.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards to ensure high-level execution and continuous improvement.
Operational Management
Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.
Analyze operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices and scalable solutions.
Team Development & Performance
Lead and oversee a team of 100 operational, technical, and support staff.
Evaluate, coach, and motivate team members to achieve peak performance and uphold company values.
Recruit, hire, and develop high-caliber talent to support regional growth.
Develop and implement training programs that enhance technical skills, leadership, and overall department performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
10 years of progressive leadership experience in service, operations, or related fields.
Proven success overseeing large budgets ($25M ), multi-location teams, and high-performing service organizations.
