Job Title: Project Manager/Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Department Manager
Job Summary: The Project Manager/Client Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-profile accounts, assigned by the department manager. This position requires you to work closely with Sales Executives and Senior Management in providing day-to-day administrative and production support. We are looking for an individual who is eager to jump into a fast-paced and rewarding print environment, where we provide innovative solutions to our customers’ unique needs & challenges! Duties and Responsibilities: Provide assistance to Sales Executives/PM team members with the
day-to-day tasks for customer accounts as assigned by the department manager. Develop client relationships by providing outstanding sales-oriented communication with clients. Process quote requests and submit detailed and accurate requests for quotes to
estimating. Submit estimates to clients in a timely manner. Process orders, job jackets, and quote requests for the sales team. File Job Jackets and maintain an orderly file system for archived documents. Work closely with spreadsheets, documents, & calendars to ensure all requests are fulfilled in an accurate and organized manner.

Qualifications: Effective written and oral communication skills are required. High-level attention to detail (able to see the bigger picture). Strong organizational and time management skills. Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. 1-3 years of outstanding customer service. Graphic Arts Industry and Print Production experience strongly
