We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a passion for family law to join our team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle diverse cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives. You will excel in our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where your attention to detail and outstanding communication skills will be highly valued. We emphasize teamwork, and your ability to collaborate effectively will be crucial to our collective success.
This is primarily a Work from Home position; however, you will be required to make all of your in-court appearances and attend client meetings in the office when requested.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent in this position would be expected to do the following:

Compensation: $90,000 – $146,800 annually. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive.. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, internal and external pay equity, and other job related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for health insurance with an optional Flexible Spending Account or a Health Savings Account, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401(k) Retirement, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program to support the personal wellness needs of our employees.
Additional voluntary programs are available and include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, as well as pet insurance. Additionally, in some markets, commuter and transit benefit programs are available.

- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in family law, demonstrating a solid understanding of key legal principles and practices.
- Active membership and good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
- Exceptional writing skills, evidenced by high-quality writing samples that showcase clarity and persuasiveness.
- Strong verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex legal concepts effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all legal documentation and case management.
