Internal Mortgage Loan Originator – Consumer Direct Division
Compensation: $18/hour commission (based on production) full benefits overtime available
Locations: Dallas, TX | Jacksonville, FL | New Jersey | Remote available for experienced LOs

Our client, a nationally recognized mortgage lender, is expanding its high-performance Consumer Direct Division — a centralized, lead-driven platform built for top-producing Loan Originators who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

This isn’t traditional retail lending. With a marketing engine designed for speed and conversion, originators in this division average just 1–1.4 offers to close — compared to the industry standard of 8.5. That means higher close ratios, faster commissions, and more time doing what you do best: closing deals.
What You’ll Do
Work inbound leads generated by digital campaigns, direct mail, and referral networks — no cold calling required
Collect borrower data, complete loan applications, and pre-qualify applicants
Advise on loan programs, underwriting criteria, and disclosures
Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, processors, and team leads
Provide credit guidance and restructuring strategies when necessary
Ensure compliance with lending regulations (TILA, RESPA, ECOA, etc.)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing and funding benchmarks
What You’ll Bring
Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred)
Experience in a Consumer Direct or centralized lending environment
Familiarity with conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM products
Strong phone-based sales and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple files with precision and urgency
A goal-oriented mindset with comfort in a high-volume production model
