What You'll Be Doing
- Support recruiting activities including scheduling, posting roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain candidate data accuracy and keep stakeholders updated throughout the process
- Assist in sourcing activities using job boards, databases, and professional platforms
- Support hiring events, assessment logistics, and onboarding tasks
- Prepare recruiting reports and dashboards as assigned
- Provide candidate communication and operational support across hiring stages
