Position Summary:
This role drives business management and analytical support for the Group’s U.S. subsidiaries, ensuring effective annual budget execution, project oversight, and cost efficiency. Acting as a key liaison between headquarters and U.S. operations, it provides data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making while enhancing supply chain and operational efficiency to strengthen the company’s competitiveness in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting processes for U.S. subsidiaries and monitor consolidation and execution progress
- Support cross-functional teams and manufacturing units in project execution, including project management, issue tracking, and cross-border problem resolution.
- Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the achievement of business objectives.
- Own and drive management reporting, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of business data to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit and financial analyses to generate actionable insights that provide business decision-making.
- Lead regular business performance review meetings and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) .
- Develop and improve SOPs and management processes to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and local regulations
- Support ERP system optimization (e.g., SAP, GTS integration)
- Conduct supply chain, competitor, product, and industry analyses and produce analytical reports.
- Monitor U.S. market trends and trade policies (e.g., tariffs, FTAs) and assess business impact
- Analyze and optimize cost structures to support profitability improvement and long-term business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or management roles
- At least 3 years of leadership or project management experience
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to conduct independent market and industry research
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
- High attention to financial data, with a strong business and commercial mindset.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and sound judgment in dynamic business environments.
- Proactive, resilient under pressure, and committed to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English and bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
