Position Overview
As a Front-End Account Manager specializing in Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), you will serve as the primary strategic link between our technical engineering teams and our key customers. This role is "front-end" focused, meaning you will lead the initial engagement, design-in phases, and strategic roadmap alignment to secure long-term partnerships and product placement.
The Front-End Account Manager is not a "maintenance" role; it is an architect of opportunity. You will be responsible for the "Concept to Mass production" lifecycle—capturing requirements before they are formalized into RFQs. Your success is measured by our inclusion in the customer’s program in the early phase and the seamless transition from initial concept to mass production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as one of the main point of contact for CSP GCM, OPM, Engineering and Quality team, fostering deep relationships to understand their unique infrastructure needs and any main role changing in Org.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities within the CSP ecosystem, focusing on custom hardware solutions and technical innovations. Provide regular projects updates to the manager and drive timely completion tasks.
- NDA and SOW Management: Collaborate with HQ to finalize the commercial agreements with client, including 3-way NDAs, program SOW, and specialized legal reviews.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate between the customer and our internal customer focus team and cross-function team like engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality and after service teams to ensure capturing all customer requirements, align the account strategy and deliver the timely info. Upon customer’s inquires.
- Capacity Planning: Build up good communication channel with customer OPM to understand the latest demand and forecast change to collaborate with customer focus team and supply chain to manage demand forecasting and capacity planning, ensuring peak quantity requirements are met during critical launch windows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, specifically within the IT infrastructure, data center, tier one consumer electronics or semiconductor industries.
- Communication and Resilience: Superb communication and interpersonal skills and ability to travel to Asia when necessary.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss technical specifications and cost breakdown such as mechanicals, thermal management, power distribution, or rack-level integration with engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, with the ability to refine complex technical or legal updates into clear, actionable executive summaries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related working experience; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Factory experience related to Thermals, Mechanical components, Infra or consumer electronics.
- Experience managing complex, multi-party, multi-program management and business negotiations.
- Familiarity with industrial project management and technical documentation (e.g., program NPI management, product drawings, and thermal components etc).
- Ability to host and lead high-level professional summits, regular business review and on-site supplier consultations.

For Pay Transparency-Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 - $138,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
