Summary:
Technical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from concept to equipment deployment and commissioning. will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of product development, ensuring smooth execution across all phases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
and working closely with the sales team to cultivate potential business with existing accounts.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Take full ownership of projects from concept development to equipment deployment and commissioning including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
•Collaborate with all engineering stakeholders (manufacturing, process, design, firmware, software, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle, including concept development, prototype testing, engineering design, system build, integration, and testing.
•Manage project risks and dependencies throughout the lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance all elements of the quality system tools and optimize their interfaces with each other.
•Support product optimization and service activities during the growth and maturity stages
•Ensure project timelines, budgets Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
•Work closely with the sales team to cultivate potential business opportunities with existing accounts.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or above in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical project management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the Thermal industry.
•Knowledge and experience in liquid cooling technology are preferred.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Proven track-record of successfully managing complex technical projects from concept to completion.
•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Bilingual in Mandarin is plus.
