Job Summary
The Sr Program/Project Manager role is critical for supporting the mission to deliver innovative data storage solutions and operational excellence across global teams. This role supports the Sales Enablement team by coordinating and executing training/enablement initiatives, maintaining training content/materials, and assisting with program execution. Responsibilities include partnering with SMEs for content development, updating course content, and hosting enablement sessions. The role requires working cross-functionally with global Cx stakeholders and familiarity with LMS (learning management systems) tools and sales enablement platforms. The ideal candidate is enablement-oriented, proactive, knowledgeable in AI for content generation, and comfortable providing administrative support in a fast-paced training environment.
Key Responsibilities
