Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

We are seeking a Business Application Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal information systems projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage projects involving software implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Define project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessments
• Coordinate work performed by IT teams and internal business partners
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, and resources
• Manage implementation activities, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and change control
• Oversee testing, documentation, training, and deployment activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
• Manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity simultaneously
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong project management experience within information systems or technology environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with enterprise business applications preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
• Experience with ERP or enterprise platforms preferred
• Prior experience managing regulated or GxP projects preferred
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
