We are seeking a Business Application Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal information systems projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage projects involving software implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Define project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessments
- Coordinate work performed by IT teams and internal business partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, and resources
- Manage implementation activities, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and change control
- Oversee testing, documentation, training, and deployment activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
- Manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity simultaneously
- Strong project management experience within information systems or technology environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with enterprise business applications preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
- Experience with ERP or enterprise platforms preferred
- Prior experience managing regulated or GxP projects preferred
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
