- Min 7-8 years of experience in Business System analyst or Administrator role with Salesforce
- Strong experience in business analysis, system configuration, or related technical business roles
- Salesforce cloud experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Requirement gathering, configuring Flows and security, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and driving user adoption
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree in IT or Computer science background
