We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team in South Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training and ongoing consultation
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
• Complete assessments, treatment reports, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification/license
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders preferred
