Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Lutz, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing and analyzing behavioral needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Key tasks include working directly with clients, training and supporting behavior technicians, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families to ensure the best outcomes for children. The BCBA will also engage in data collection, analysis, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Behavior Analysis, treatment planning, and management of ABA programs
- Strong skills in data collection, measurement, and analysis
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities to work with clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy and a commitment to ethical guidelines
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and providing training and guidance
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working in a pediatric therapy or similar setting is a plus
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
