Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project financials, including cost tracking and billing activities
- Ensure project-related documents and requisitions are complete and accurate
- Support budget management and project forecasting efforts
- Assist in reviewing payroll and compliance reports for regulatory adherence
- Provide project teams with clear financial insights and reporting guidance
- Utilize accounting systems and technology to streamline project accounting processes
- Take on special projects or additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in project accounting or a similar financial role
- Familiarity with construction accounting concepts such as revenue recognition, over/under billings, and cash flow
- Experience with construction accounting software preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
