Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in construction accounting, project accounting, or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP schedules, change orders, and billing.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative communicator.
  
  

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage project costing: budgets, allocations, and variance analysis.
• Support monthly close and prepare accurate project financial reports.
• Process job cost entries, subcontractor invoices, change orders, and billing.
• Partner with project managers to maintain forecasts and identify savings.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain audit-ready records.
• Drive process improvements as the company scales.
