- Manage project costing: budgets, allocations, and variance analysis.
- Support monthly close and prepare accurate project financial reports.
- Process job cost entries, subcontractor invoices, change orders, and billing.
- Partner with project managers to maintain forecasts and identify savings.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain audit-ready records.
- Drive process improvements as the company scales.
