- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end close process, including booking journal entries
- Prepare footnote disclosures for quarterly and annual reports
- Assist with analytical reviews each month/quarter
- Review / reconcile account balances
- Reconcile intercompany account activity, agreeing balances with the foreign subsidiaries
- Assist with regulatory and financial reporting
- Assist with the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Coordinate and assist with the external audit
- Supports and assists with the internal audit function and ongoing SOX compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Audit background, ideally Big 4 or similar experience
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification OR CPA track is a plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in public accounting and/or a public company environment (minimum 2 years in a public company).
