Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Analyze financial statements and investigate account variances
- Prepare supporting schedules for audits and tax filings
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional departments on accounting-related matters
- Mentor junior accounting staff as needed
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
