- Lead capitalization of internally developed assets, partnering across R&D, product, project, and engineering teams
- Optimize and implement balance sheet processes for tangible and intangible assets; drive process improvement for audit-readiness
- Manage fixed asset tracking, accounting, and reporting, collaborating closely with operations and procurement
- Support and enhance tax/GL activity: sales and income tax documentation, reconciliations (Avalera), and broader GL duties
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous finance improvement across multiple entities
- BS Accounting
- 3-5 years as a Senior Accountant within a large or regional public accounting firm working with manufacturing clients
