- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain and analyze product costing, BOMs, routers, reserves, and manufacturing variances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Prepare operational and financial reporting packages
- Partner with plant operations and leadership teams to analyze performance and improve processes
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of accounting or cost accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and finance teams
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
