- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
- Reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts
- Produce internal financial statements and schedules
- Initiate ACH payments and handle bank transfers
- Support audits, tax filings, and fixed asset tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
- QuickBooks experience preferred
