Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, consolidation of domestic and international entities, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidations, including elimination entries and foreign‑currency translation, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Support the annual external audit and preparation of audited financial statements.
- Assist with regulatory audits and preparation of tax-related documentation.
- Maintain and improve general ledger accuracy, structure, and account integrity.
- Provide support to internal teams and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Participate in internal training, team meetings, and communication initiatives.
- Foster strong working relationships and demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned in a professional and efficient manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
- Ability to use judgment and prior experience to meet goals and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
